The terms covering buying, selling and licensing assets on Harashsuq.

The key points

Every sale is final. Payments are made on public blockchains and cannot be refunded, reversed or charged back.
You buy at your own risk. Sellers publish their own listings. Our automated review looks for obvious hazards; it does not test that anything works, is accurate, or belongs to the seller.
Each version downloads once. A purchase lets you download the asset once, and each new version its seller publishes once more. A download counts when every byte has reached you.
Removing a bad listing is not a refund. We can take down a fraudulent or infringing listing and suspend its seller, but that happens after the fact and does not return a payment.
Sellers are paid as the sale happens: 81.5% of the price to the seller and 18.5% to Harashsuq, split on-chain in the buyer's transaction.
